HOSPITALITY SUITES:

HOSPITALITY SUITES PARTNER POLICY

• Hospitality Suite host may not assign, share or sublet any portion of the Hospitality Suite to a partner without the prior written permission of Burton Group.
• Co-hosting of Hospitality Suites is prohibited.
• If more than one Hospitality Suite host requests the same partner, Burton Group will notify the affected Hospitality Suite hosts. Burton Group will contact the requested partner and will allow the partner to determine in which Hospitality Suite (if any) they will participate. Burton Group will advise the requesting Hospitality Suite host of the partner’s decision.
• A partner may participate in only one suite on each night of the conference. It is the Hospitality Suite host’s responsibility to ensure that its approved partners comply with this requirement.
• Hospitality Suite host may not participate as a partner to another Hospitality Suite.
• Hospitality Suite host may invite partners to participate in their suite, however, partners must be submitted in writing and approved by Burton Group. A fee of 3,000 Euro will apply for each approved partner.
• Partners’ names and logos may be used on internal Hospitality Suite signage and partners may distribute their materials within the Hospitality Suite.
